We read every message and we answer. NYQORA is published by SCOPT Inc.
The quickest way to reach us is by email. Please include your device and its iOS or Android version, and — if it is about a laboratory — its name and the parameters you used, so we can reproduce it.
We aim to reply within two business days.
Open the Settings tab and tap Restore an earlier purchase. NYQORA Pro is tied to the Apple Account or Google account that bought it and is restored at no charge. Make sure you are signed in to that same store account.
No. NYQORA Pro is a one-time purchase — there is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. It opens every laboratory and adds export of runs as CSV, Python or MATLAB. The free laboratories stay free, complete with their PDF reports.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled under their policies, not by us. On iPhone and iPad, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google's refund request instructions for Google Play. If something in the app went wrong, please also email us so we can fix it.
Yes. Every laboratory runs entirely on your device. The only network request is an anonymous check of whether NYQORA Pro is unlocked, and when you buy or restore Pro, the verification of that purchase. Neither carries anything that identifies you.
None that identifies you. There is no account, no advertising and no analytics. Your predictions, notebook and reports stay on your device. See the full privacy policy.
In any laboratory, go to step 2, Report, and tap Make the PDF report. The report is created on your device and handed to the share sheet, so you can mail it, save it to Files or upload it to your course. It carries your predictions, results and a run fingerprint that identifies exactly what was run.
Open the Notebook tab, open the run, and use Delete at the bottom. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on the device.
Each laboratory shows theory beside simulation, and every measured reading carries its 95 per cent interval, so a simulated value that differs slightly from theory can be correct. If you still believe a result is wrong, email us the laboratory name and your parameters and we will investigate.
